We first tried going to explore Timpanogos Cave, but it was sold out for the day. I didn't know that could happen, but it seems it was a popular Labor Day idea this year. Luckily, Ben brought along the fishing gear in case there was time afterwards to fish. We spent a couple of hours playing at Vivian Park in Provo Canyon. I say playing, because there wasn't even a bite from a fish. Still, we enjoyed being together and outside.
The best part (although there's no proof in the pictures) was that we were accompanied by Ian and Laurel!!! They were in town for the holiday weekend and we were lucky enough to spend the holiday with them. It's always a pleasure to hand out with dear friends. If only we still lived a few short blocks away instead of a few very large states!
