A couple of firsts for Robert today.
1. First sentence. While attempting to help him buckle his car seat by himself (he's been doing this one for a week now), he swatted my hand and said, "Don doit, Mama." As an ironic aside, while Robert did buckle his complicated little car seat by himself, I, upon request, buckled both Kate's and James'. Funny how things change in three years.
2. He climbed out of his crib after I put him down tonight. I could have done without this new challenge for several more months. I'm thinking of getting one of those tent things. Is that cruel?
We're officially deep into the terrible twos (one month and 3 days early). Good thing he's cute!
