some precious time with Dad

Ben was able to accompany Kate and James on a school field trip to the zoo a few weeks before the end of school. This came in the middle of a VERY busy time leading up to the Democratic County Convention and none of us had seen much of Ben in a while. Kate and James were so excited when I told them their dad was going to come and they mentioned it about every time they saw him until the big morning. I think all their friends at school knew their dad was going to come, too. Anyway, all went well and everyone had a fabulous time - including Ben!
