We tried a new sport this Spring. Tee-ball for Robert and Coach Pitch for Kate and James. They had a blast, but there is a definitely a steep learning curve to this slow-moving game. Robert had a terrific coach. He had a nice balance of having fun, acknowledging the (lack of) ability of the kids, and trying to teach them something. Kate and James were lucky to have a coach. The County couldn't get a parent to take it on, but a nice guy from the community with a little extra time volunteered. We were lucky to have Grandma Judd and Grandma McAdams come to several of the games to support our developing athletes. It was also fun to be on the same team with Logan Crockett, the son of friends from our former neighborhood. We got to see Ali and Jacob again!
