A friend of mine recently got two new puppies -- big puppies! 30 pounds at 14 weeks! We met and visited the adorable newfoundland sisters on Sunday. They entertained Kate beyond belief (as you can see by her face). One of the puppies, in her attempt to play with a three-year-old, actually knocked Kate over. Kate cried for a few minutes, but quickly warmed back up to the less "playful" pup.
After visiting the newfies, we headed to Grandma's for a family visit. The Pack cousins welcomed a new puppy to their family on Friday. Surprise! This sweet little cockapoo was also a hit with Kate. Remember Kate's excitement over
Grandpa's new puppy last month? And, next month we're going to visit Johnston's twin dachshund puppies in California.
(One of these days my little puppy-lover is going to realize that a puppy might actually be something she could own. Uh-oh!)

You are in trouble. Kate knows she is persuasive and that you can't say no to her. When she figures out she can have her own dog you are going to have a whole litter!
Stan & Lucy can't wait for the visit! They can't knock anyone over. Them's little. But crafty.

Keep you finger crossed and enjoy the puppies that your family have. Even though we caved in and just got a puppy to. Warning getting a puppy is like having another child.
