In Spanish, loco means crazy.
While Ben and Julie think they are doing a fairly decent job under the first definition, Kate, James, and even Robert (as communicated through Kate) would like all readers to know that their parents identify with the Spanish meaning as well.
About us
We (Ben and Julie) married in February, 2000. Both of us are lawyers and enjoy healthy arguments regarding both things of import and things of no import. We are the parents of three-year-old twins (cheerful, cute Kate, and handsome, headstrong James) and our new baby Robert (a delightful angel). Kate likes reading books, watching Dora episodes, and cooking with her dad. James likes riding his bike, playing with balls, and watching out for Robert. Robert loves eating, a dry diaper, and sleeping.

Normal for a three-year-old? Apparently she'd fit right in at our house, where in the last 48 hours, I've been privy to:
"You're not the boss of me!"
"I'm in charge of MYSELF!"
"SO?"
and the classic,
"Mom, I hope you go away for 100DAYS!"
That sounds like Kate. I miss her sass! She can come live with me and I will give her all the fruit snacks she wants.
I get to look forward to this? For now I have "Move it, mom!" and just yesterday, "Dang it!". Yikes, more to come. i need to start watching what I say.

I'll have to teach her some profanity next time I'm in town. Maybe I can make her some flash cards.
They will just keep coming so the best thing to do is laugh, not when she says it though, then you have to be serious and let her know it isn't funny.
