We went to the circus Thursday night. We rode TRAX (SLC's mass transit system) to the circus. Whenever a train goes by our car, James and Kate yell, "train, train!" so we decided to avoid parking issues downtown and let them have a ride. (Sad that they spent the first year of their lives riding Subway trains and have absolutely no recollection -- at least sad for me.)They both loved the circus. James loved the animals, the sparks that provided dramatic effect to some of the events ("firework!"), and clapping to show his approval. Kate loved the trapeze show, the Jumbotron, and signing "more" after almost every event.

Ah, how fun! We thought about going, but probably won't until next year... I'm glad you guys had fun!
You could always bring them back to visit their roots in NYC and get a refresher on subway commutes. We'd love to have you. We have an air mattress with your name on it. We're coming at Christmas time to answer your question, and if you are around will definitely reserve sometime for our favorite NY defects.
I love that Kate is still signing. What's the sign for 'what's the deal with those creepy clowns'?
